How long are we offering this screamin' deal of $25/night? The $25/night price will continue until May 21. Starting May 22nd, (Memorial Day weekend) we're offering a different screaming deal of $50/night as we get into our summer season.
How long will that deal last? As long as it is not occupied by a long-term renter. (NOTE: We are looking for a long-term summer renter. We give you good price.)

The calendar at this site will be updated regularly to show condo availability. If you actually know us, or know someone who knows us, include this in your inquiry! If you don't, that's fine too - just mention how you heard about the condo.

do you want a cheap vacation?
Anybody need a bargain priced, not-too-far-but-far-enough vacation? The answer for me is always yes, and on the hunch that some of you might feel the same, we've got a good suggestion...
We own a vacation-rental condo up on Jordanelle Reservoir, in the very near vicinity of Park City, and also very close to Heber. It's our off season (hence, not steadily rented), so for anyone who is interested, we're offering it up for $25/night, as long as you agree to clean it when you're done, and leave it lookin' good for the next people. If you'd rather not clean it, we have a great lady who will clean it for you for $100. (In case you're wondering, that lady is NOT me. $100 would so not be worth it for me. No offense.)
It was mostly decorated by my sister Jane, so you know it's pretty classy. There is a heated outdoor pool and hot tub, and the condo sleeps up to 8 people between a king sized bed, a bunk bed with trundle, and a hideaway bed.

Mars and Venus
When mom makes dinner there are ooos and ahhs because everyone is so impressed. ( I know sometimes it may sound like ew and yuck! but people under 3 feet tall don't count..unless it is a genetic thing like midgets. We count midget votes.)
When dad makes dinner everyone is just grateful that he remembered and that no one was hurt in the process. Ketchup blood added later.

Yahoo! I got my car back....only wait. Why can't I open the hatch? Oh - i figured out a work around and got the hatch open. uhg. Why is water pouring out of the hatch! sheesh. Back to the shop. :(
